services included and the condition of your scalp and hair and a standard blowdry
How often should I get a head spa treatment?
The frequency of head spa treatments can vary based on your individual needs and hair/scalp
condition. Generally, it is recommended to have a head spa treatment once every 2 to 4 weeks for
optimal results.
Is a head spa suitable for all hair types?
Yes, a head spa is suitable for all hair types. The treatments can be customized to address specific
concerns, whether you have dry, oily, damaged, or normal hair. While our team is not specialized in textured curly hair, we can certainly provide a relaxing head spa experience. You are welcome to bring your own products for washing, and we will make sure to give your hair a good cleanse. After styling, you can also bring your own styling products. We’re here to accommodate your needs and ensure you have a pleasant experience with us!
Can a head spa help with hair loss?
While a head spa is not a cure for hair loss, improved blood circulation and scalp health
can contribute to a healthier environment for hair growth. Regular treatments may help in reducing hair fall and promoting stronger, healthier hair.

What should I do before a head spa treatment?

Please do not wash your hair right before a scalp spa – may cause irritation when the scalp is compromised
What should I do after a head spa treatment?
After your head spa treatment:
Avoid washing your hair for at least 24 hours to allow the treatments to fully absorb.

Important Information About Head Spa Treatments
Scalp Conditions: Individuals with severe scalp conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, or open sores should avoid head spa treatments until these conditions are resolved or managed.
Allergies and Sensitivities: If you have known allergies or sensitivities to certain hair or scalp products, it is essential to inform us beforehand. Some products used during the treatment may trigger allergic reactions.
Recent Scalp or Head Injuries: Those who have recently experienced scalp or head injuries should wait until fully healed before undergoing a head spa treatment.
Certain Medical Conditions: Individuals with certain medical conditions such as severe migraines, scalp infections, or other health concerns that could be aggravated by massage or product application should consult with a healthcare provider before scheduling a treatment.
Back or Neck Problems: If you have back or neck problems, please be aware that lying down for more than 50 minutes may cause discomfort. To enhance your comfort, we offer knee pillows and other supports. Please let us know your needs, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Pregnancy: While many pregnant women can enjoy a head spa, it is always best to consult with a healthcare provider to ensure that the treatment is safe for you and your baby.
Recent Hair Treatments: If you have recently undergone certain hair treatments such as chemical straightening, perming, or coloring, it may be advisable to wait for a suitable period before receiving a head spa to avoid any potential adverse reactions.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations Within 3 Days: Clients can cancel their appointments without any penalty up to 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled appointment time. Any deposits made will be fully refundable.
- Cancellations After 3 Days: If a cancellation is made less than 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable. This policy helps us manage our schedules and compensate our staff for their time
Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling Within 3 Days: Clients can reschedule their appointments without any penalty up to 3 days (72 hours) before the original appointment time. Any deposits made will be transferred to the new appointment date.
- Rescheduling After 3 Days: If a client requests to reschedule less than 3 days (72 hours) before the original appointment, the deposit will be non-refundable. A new deposit will be required to secure the new appointment time.
Late Arrival Policy
Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late for their scheduled appointment will lose the equivalent amount of time from their allotted service. Due to high demand and tightly scheduled appointments, we cannot accommodate the full-time service if you arrive late. The full-service fee will still apply.
No-Show Policy
No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit. This no-show will be recorded in their client history. Clients with a no-show history may be required to pay a deposit in advance for any future appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on booking future services.
Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis and do our best to accommodate you.
Deposit Information
A deposit of 20% of the total cost of the head spa service is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your service. The amount of the deposit will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
